Adding value to customer requirements
Fellessons Timber Products offer a wast range of added value planed goods produced from 1st class raw material sourced all over Sweden.
Sorting & quality control
All sawn timber is checked on arrival att Fellessons for moisture content – quality & dimension. Quality requirements are based on final and use – eg: furniture, construction specs etc. During production dimension and quality are closely monitored. We work together with leading Swedish sawmills to ensure a constant high standard of raw material. Our goal is to provide the right quality for the required endues.
Sawing
Four of our five saws are integrated in the line. We use four twin Waco band saws and one AKE Millmaster with a capacity of 150m/min (100 mm high timber). All of them withvery high level of accuracy.
Planing
Our planing capacity is high and all our planers are equipped with precision spindles. Today we produce about 1000 m3 planed/packaged goods per week.
Facts:
Wienig Hydromat 2000 9 heads 5000 RPM. Up to 80 m per minute.
Waco 30XL 10 heads 6000 RPM. Up to 180 m per minute.
Waco Maxi 9 heads 6000 RPM. Up to 220 m per minute.
Waco 5000 10 heads 6000 RPM. Up to 220 m per minute.
Cutters sharpening
Cutters are sharpened in our own toolshop to a tolerance of 3000 th of 1 mm which gives a very high finish and quality of our finished products. Frequent controls duringproduction ensure planers are always maintained in the highest condition.
Cross cutting
Our Holtec cross cut saw is computer controlled and enables us to offer high volumes
of special lengths with great accuracy, 500 mm to 5,4 m with tolerance of +/- 1,5 mm.
Marking & labelling
We can apply price labels in the planning line. Special marking, whether simply bar
codes or coloured labels / instruction inserts are also available.
We can also shrink wrap with labels fixed with precision from the bottom of the bundle.
Shrinkwrapping
Our 6 fisher shrinkwrapping machines have a high capacity, 3 are directly integrated in the planning line but to meet special needs 3 are free standing so we can supply special sized bundles.
Logistics
We can store 6000 m3 under cover! This enables us to provide a complete logistics service. For example we can keep in stock goods for customers own “call off” whether 1 pack or a full load for “just in time delivery” or collection. Normal delivery time is 3 weeks from order.
